We use a variety of techniques to assess and train the nervous system to improve or restore sleep. Through a mix of biofeedback, daily habits, and cognitive-behavioural strategies, we develop a plan to maximize sleep hygiene. Sleep is connected to other wellness factors so we typically take a holistic approach to modify and improve focus, energy, cognition, and mood as well.
